Quai 54: 20th Anniversary
Missed out on the action in Paris? Don't worry, we got you with a full recap!
Jordan Brand's Quai 54 (2019 edition)
Oui Oui Paris!
16 teams from over 10 nations competed in what is know to be world's most exciting and competitive street basketball tournament.
Even though this tournament takes place in the city of love, at Quai 54 it's all about action; think of flashy alley-oop dunks, lightning quick handles and hungry players making a name for themselves.
Quick reminder, you can't just step on the court. There is a serious series of qualifying rounds leading up to the main attraction.
On the court you'll find Euroleague players like Guerschon Yabusele who is currently balling our for Real Madrid.
Everything was fully sold out, make sure you bookmark the Quai 54 homepage to secure your ticket for next year's edition.
Though this year was special, especially to us.
Why?
Our very own Dutchies, also known as the Concrete Lions made an unforgettable appearance by reaching the finals! Just like picking up your freshly bakes French morning croissant, our ladies made it look easy.
They casually celebrated their win with 4x NBA All-Star Luca Doncic and took a well deserved selfie after securing their spot to the final game.
Congrats ladies on your amazing performance!

Star studded appearances
Speaking of NBA players, Luka was not the only NBA superstar in the building. Boston Celtic Jason Tatum and Zion Williamson from the Pelicans also came to hang out with the fans and players, of course both completely dripping out in Jordan's latest Quai 54 collection.

Excuse my French
This event was of course about more than just basketball, it was a celebration of hip-hop culture and bringing that community together at a once in a lifetime happening.
After games visitors would be able to hang around and see their favourite French artists perform from up close, ending a beautiful day full of hoops with music and joy.
Here's a few artist who performed at Quai 54:

A new rising sport
When it comes to basketball and lifestyle events, Quai 54 hold the crown. Here in the Netherlands, so far we can only dream of anything close to it.
Good news is that we are taking major steps into the right direction, take a look at the 3x3 basketball which is bringing a fresh new wind when it comes to entertainment. With World Tours globally, serious prize money and exciting players like Worthy de Jong there is a major shift happening - especially here in Les Pais Bas.
On 6 and 7 October, our partner 3x3 unites is organizing their second World Tour, this time in Amsterdam at the Gashouder Fabriek with the best teams in the world competing for bragging rights (and cash).
Tickets are selling out quickly, make sure to secure yours link.
“With Oqium we believe that Quai 54 is a beautiful example of how basketball is used as a tool to bring the entire community together, when we throw events we like to hold this as a standard.” - Julius van Sauers | Head of Marketing
We already blocked off our schedule for next year's edition of Quai, we'll hope to see you there!
