Please email us to [email protected] or communicate with us on our live chat on the store, please instruct on the email subject line the product you would like to have an inquiry about. We will get back to you within 1-2 days during weekdays and 2-3 days on weekends.
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all order details and an order number directly to the email address provided during checkout. Order processing and fulfilment takes approximately 1-2 business days. You will then receive an email confirming shipping and tracking number. Shipping time depends on the shipping speed selected at checkout.

We always do our best to prepare your parcel for dispatch and hand it over to our courier as quickly as possible. Shipment by our courier takes between 4 and 7 working days. Please note that delivery times may be longer due to an increased number of orders (e.g. flash sale or raffles). We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
We apologize, but currently, we do not offer the option to pick up orders in-store. All orders placed on our website will be shipped directly to your provided address. We understand the convenience of in-store pickups and are continually evaluating options to enhance our services. Items can only be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. This includes both regular priced and sale items.

Returns must be unworn, unwashed and in original pristine condition. All tags and other attachments must be included with the product. If you are returning shoes, the shoebox is part of the product and must arrive to us in pristine condition as well. All products that shipped in a box need to be returned in a shipping box as well.
