Kawhi Leonard

Kawhi Leonard is one of the most consistent and versatile players in the league, but he seems to be flying under the radar for most of the time.

Kawhi Leonard started his NBA-career in 2011, when he was drafted by the San Antonio Spurs, where he teamed up with all-time greats Tim Duncan and Tony Parker, under the legendary coach Gregg Popovich. Kawhi developed his game a lot, and he played in the NBA finals of 2013, where the Spurs lost 4-3 to the Big 3 of the Miami Heat, led by LeBron. In the following year, only his 3rd year in the league, Kawhi and the Spurs faced the Heat again in the finals, this time winning in six with Kawhi as Finals MVP. The following two years, Kawhi was named Defensive Player of the Year in the NBA.

After that, Kawhi suffered some injuries and he got traded to the Toronto Raptors, where he again won the NBA in his first season, again winning Finals MVP. This stint lasted only one year however, as Kawhi moved back to his hometown Los Angeles to play for the L.A. Clippers, where he teamed up with Paul George.
