You have the right to cancel/return your order within 14 days of receiving the package.
How to return
- Report your return/exchange within 14 days after receiving your order (with the 'new return' button below).
- We usually process returns within 5 working days after receiving your return
- At OQIUM, we strive to provide you with the best products and services. Please note that we do not offer free returns. The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. However, in the event of an error or complaint, we will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Returns have to be unworn, unwashed and in original pristine condition. All tags and other attachments have to be included with the product. If you are returning shoes, the shoebox is part of the product& and has to arrive to us in pristine condition as well. So make sure to put another box around the shoebox!
Due to courier restrictions it is not possible to return items from Norway and Israel, please contact customer service on this matter.
