Return guidelines

 

Returns
Purchases from Oqium can be refunded within 14 days. You have to provide the receipt of the purchase. 
Your item has to return to us in pristine condition. Shoeboxes are part of the product that we offer, they also have to return to us in perfect condition. Below you can find all the requirements. Items bought during a sale or with discount can not be refunded. 

 

The first step is to notify us of your intention to refund through the customer service customerservice@oqium.com

 

Then you have to send us back the item, which has to be unworn, unwashed and in original pristine condition. All tags and other attachments also have to be included with the product, and lastly the receipt has to be included in the package. If the item you are returning are shoes, the shoebox is part of the product and has to arrive to us in pristine condition as well. We advise to always double-box the product.

 

If a returned product doesn't meet these requirements, it is possible for Oqium to refuse the refund request, something we obviously want to prevent.

 

If you do meet the above requirements you can return the product to our warehouse. Make sure you attach the completely filled in return form. If the return is incomplete or faulty, the processing of your refund can take more time, or even fail. (If you lost your form y ou can download the form here: Return form).

  • Ask your delivery service for a proof of posting. 
  • We aim to refund your item within 5 days of receiving it at our warehouse.
  • Oqium is not responsible for the condition items arrive in. Lost or damaged items will not be refunded.
  • Refund mailing costs are not paid for by Oqium but by you, the sender. 
Exchanges
Oqium only replaces items that are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact customerservice@oqium.com and send your item back to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement item to reach you may vary.
