WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who has a great sense of responsibility and is people oriented. Furthermore, you are analytically strong, which enables you to be able to adjust and overcome different obstacles. We expect you to be strong in communication and are able coach and guide our employees under your supervision.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a team leader at OQIUM you will oversee our logistical processes. You will be working alongside your team in our warehouse and ensure work gets split between colleagues to achieve efficient, high-quality completion of our workflows. You will also keep an eye on progress and adjust accordingly to achieve the best results possible. For that reason, you should be ready to be involved in every aspect of our logistical processes.

Day to day processes include:
- Steer warehouse team and assign tasks
- Plan ahead & prepare stockroom
- Unpack and stock incoming shipments
- Handle outgoing orders
- Allocate products
- Manage warehouse

WHAT CAN YOU BRING?

- Proficiency in English
- Warehouse / retail experience
- Drivers license (optional)
- Team playing attitude
- Full time availibility (38 h / week)
